My name is Lisa Granger and I have been studying the bible for many years. I am currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Theology, an online course being given by Trinity Theology.
I have always been fascinated by the bible and it has helped me a lot through my life. This course is just for my own personal development, as I am not planning to become a priest or anything like that. I do hope to one day write a spiritual book or books and I thing these studies will help me to achieve that.
In the course of my studies I have learned a lot about evolution. In my country, evolution is not really taught that much in schools. We still have the privilege of being able to say prayers in schools and pretty much express our religious freedoms. In my country there are varying religions such as Christianity, Islam and Hinduism. We all live together peacefully as humanly possible.
But it surprises me that in the United States for example, the bible is being thrown out the window and evolution is being taught as fact. God is no longer relevant to a lot of people.
This blog will contain my summaries of the texts I have studied concerning evolution and creation. I believe it is my duty as a servant to God to pass on what I have learnt.
I also have a website and another blog dedicated to the bible and spiritual living. I also have articles on ezine articles and hubs on hubpages. Hubpages was where I started out writing and this encouraged me to expand my presence on the web. I also have other writings other places on the web. I love writing and helping people and the internet has given me the opportunity to do just that and I hope that this blog will make the difference in the life of even just one unbeliever.
